Ohio Soybean Council

Foundation

Our Mission

We aim to support agricultural education and scientific research so that people understand the importance of and career opportunities available in the soybean industry. We believe that the application of science and technology to the soybean industry is the key to the future prosperity and sustainability of our industry. We are committed to offering programs that will actively engage the next generation in agricultural careers.

For many years the Ohio Soybean Council and the soybean checkoff have supported scientific research and educational programs that promote the long-term health of the Ohio Soybean Industry. The Ohio Soybean Council Foundation (OSCF) was established in 2007 to extend these efforts through special initiatives and endowments that advance the application of science and technology to agriculture, today and tomorrow. It’s just one of the many ways Ohio soybean farmers are giving back to their communities.

The OSCF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and a public charity. Contributions to the Ohio Soybean Council Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
